• Initial evaluation (first appointment only):

50 minutes  |  $150

• Therapy session:

50 minutes  |  $125

• May be covered by FSA (Flexible Spending Account) or HSA (Health Savings Account) plans.

• Service summary ("superbill") available to apply for out-of-network insurance reimbursement.
